・We are a relaxation salon offering only aroma oil massage. We are not a hospital, clinic, treatment center, shiatsu, massage, acupuncture, or moxibustion clinic as defined by medical law.
・Please note that we do not provide any rejuvenating massage or any other sexually oriented services. We do not accept visitors who come for such purposes or those who force them to do so.
・If you miss your appointment by more than 10 minutes without prior notice, it will be treated as a cancellation.
・Even if we are notified, we may shorten the course time.
・In principle, we do not accept cancellations after reservations have been made. Please note that cancellations after an appointment has been made will be considered as if the scheduled treatment had been performed and 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
・Reservations are generally made on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to reservations made by phone. Please note that when you contact us via LINE or SMS, or even by phone, your reservation may be covered by another customer.
・If you are paying by credit card, please inform the receptionist that you are paying by credit card before you come to the store. We may refuse to accept sudden payment after your visit. ・We strictly prohibit the exchange of personal contact information with therapists, invitations to go out of the store, and acts aimed at recruiting from other stores.
・No voyeuristic photography or eavesdropping is allowed.
